Purpose of Position

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive to join our team. He/She must be a self-starter and a team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity and work towards scalability and effectiveness.

Job Description

Define and implement marketplace (Kakaogift) sales strategy and content optimization.
Manage the daily operations of the eCommerce platform (Kakaogift) functions.
Analyze the online sales performance and roll out effective advertising campaigns both in and outside of Kakaogift and promotion to reach sales targets.
Prepare sales, traffic, promotion reports and competitor analysis regularly.
Work closely with various internal and external parties, including agency, graphic designers, channel partners.
Manage e-commerce quality control and quality assurance.
Responsible for manage overall logistics, customer service, stock planning and dashboard of activities.

Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree or above.
1~2 years of e-commerce working experience.
Good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
Highly analytical and well-structured in problem solving and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure, quickly adapt, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Korean & English.
