- With our accelerating retail store growth globally, we are hiring a Head of Retail to drive further growth in offline sales. Reporting to the CEO, he/she will be mapping out an aggressive pipeline with country teams, overseeing overall P&L of the global stores, driving world class customer experience and value proposition, relationship programs, optimizing our day-to-day business omni-channel as well as leading partnerships and marketing to in purpose to help us scale to the next level of growth.

Job Description
- Empower CASETiFY to grow 10x in 5 years
- Strategize 3 years' global store expansion plan by country, map out store opening pipeline with country team supported by profitability analysis and ensure the retail presence aligns to the brand image and target community
- Build store tiering structures and strategies
- Develop a global retail standard operating procedure (SOP) and adopt it at the country level, for new store openings as well as daily store operations
- Develop an offline commercial calendar with VM execution which aligns with the global marketing calendar
- Work closely with the country teams and HR to build local retail competencies, set up the right structure and actively participate in recruitments
- Work closely with the production and logistics team to manage inventory replenishment and allocations at store level
- Lead store design team to develop a model-store concept and guideline with a standardized VM display system across different sizes of stores
- Manage monthly store P & L, revenue forecasts, operating expense, sales analysis data, operating reports and KPI setting
- Responsible for team building, coaching, training and development of all retail staff to ensure sales objectives and exceptional customer service standards are met
- Work closely with Tech team to identify technology in order to optimize in-store customer experience journey
Requirement
- Over 10+ years of experience in retail operations, expansion tactics
- Experience in multi-store management and store openings is a must
- Excellent project management and effective communication skills
- Good understanding of retail market trends with a strong business acumen
- Ability to handle multiple overlapping store openings across the US, CN, UK, AU, SEA, JP, KR, TW & HK and reprioritize when needed
- Willing to work in a high-growth, fast moving start-up culture
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
- Goal oriented and possess entrepreneur mindset
- Ability to initiate changes according to trends and culture, identify and implement improved service practices and procedures
- create world-class customer experience programs and seamless customer journey through training, developing and leading by example
- Maintain brand standards within presentation and service
- Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecast, competitive analysis as well as consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the retail business
- Collaborate with regional teams and execute world-wide collaboration and business initiatives in the regional market
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment
