Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Growth Marketing Manager (Meta) to join our Growth team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You are a self-starter and team player who can quickly identify opportunities to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability, and effectiveness.
- In this position, you will be responsible for driving significant growth through the optimization and expansion of our Meta performance marketing efforts. You will lead a team of specialists to develop and execute innovative strategies, maximizing ROI and achieving aggressive growth targets. You will be a data-driven expert with a proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns, fostering team development, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key driver in transforming our Meta advertising into a powerful engine for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Job Description
- You’re the lead of the Meta performance team - to develop and implement a comprehensive Meta performance marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals, driving the development and execution of advanced targeting, bidding, and creative approach to maximize ROAS and ROI
- Act as the key PIC for new customer acquisition, implement and analyze A/B tests to continuously optimize campaigns and identify new growth opportunities
- Oversee the day-to-day management, optimization, and operational execution of large-scale Meta advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, launch, ongoing management, and budget allocation
- Ensure the team effectively monitors, adjusts, and optimizes campaign performance daily, establishing and maintaining efficient ad creation, approval, and deployment workflows.
- Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth across paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations, tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly channel KPI targets and preparing analysis and performance reports
- Analyze business and user data to provide strategic and actionable insights, including country business performance and overall marketing efficiency across ad platforms
- Provide data-driven insights to inform creative strategy, collaborating closely with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Meta advertising platform and its evolving features, identifying and evaluating new tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional and country teams to develop and execute holistic performance marketing and content strategies
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in the field of digital marketing responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Meta Ad experience with a track record of successfully managing Meta AD campaigns to meet aggressive ROI and growth targets
- Experience managing large-scale paid advertising budgets with Meta Ads, with multiple ad accounts and 200+ Meta campaign management
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management; experience working with senior management and country leaders is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment focusing on performance marketing
- Experience managing regional marketing teams is a plus
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with SQL and Tech skills is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters
