Assistant Partnerships Manager (Thailand) - Based in Bangkok

  • CASETiFY is seeking an entrepreneurial and passionate Assistant Partnerships Manager to join our Thailand country team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented. You are a self-starter and a team player who can quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability, and effectiveness. In this position, you will support the rapid expansion of the Thai market by researching, connecting and updating trends by looking for brand opportunities in Thailand and executing local collections and marketing campaigns.

Job Description

  • Develop business opportunities in Thailand, including sales channel and platform expansion, and B2B
  • Identifying, developing, and monitoring the assigned collaboration projects and campaigns to drive business growth aligned with the company goals and direction, delivery timelines, and costs
  • Managing external partner relations from internal communications, to coordination on marketing assets, creative feedback, and timeline to ensure a smooth execution for launch
  • Optimizing and initiating engaging and sales-driven marketing activations with the brand partners, including but not limited to social media, influencer campaigns, content-driven campaigns, with clear objectives to increase sales, drive website traffic and conversion, and/or collaboration launch engagement
  • Demonstrating creativity and coordinating with the design team to develop collaborative creatives, independently working on seeking approvals from partners on marketing and creative materials
  • Handling relevant sales reports, project updates, and any assigned projects 



Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, E-commerce, or consumer products preferred
  • Experienced in project or product development and execution
  • Understanding of retail business acting in the Sales & Marketing role will be advantageous 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Thai
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills to deal with both internal parties and external partners 
  • Passionate about design, fashion, lifestyle brands, and being part of a growing team
  • Willing to be part of a collaborative team environment across all levels of an organization
  • Able to work under pressure, adapt quickly, self-motivated, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
