Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager / Accountant to join our finance team. This role will report directly to the Finance Manager. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You will be responsible for collecting financial data from various business units and/or subsidiaries, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information.

Job Description

Support the Finance Manager in validating the consolidated adjustments and performing group consolidation
Support the Finance Manager in preparing comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing consolidated financial performance, key trends, and insights
Perform variance analysis for all the entities of the company
Keep track of the latest IFRS reporting requirement
Prepare and verify the reasonableness of the financial results
Liaise and coordinate with local teams for financial-related matters
Support the team on external audits and bank requests and prepare supporting schedules
Support ad-hoc projects and analysis requests from the management

Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
Recognized professional accounting qualifications is preferred
6+ years of relevant experience, exposure in e-commerce business and global accounting is a plus - candidate with less experience would be considered as Accountant
Knowledge of accounting software (proficiency in Netsuite will be an advantage)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
Mature, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills
Strong command of both written & spoken English and Cantonese
