Purpose of Position

We are looking for a Project Executive to support the growth of CASETiFY retail stores globally. The Project Executive should have experience working as an Interior Designer and Project Manager for retail stores and pop-ups, with expertise in retail fixture design & development

Job Description

Oversee assigned projects, including VM (visual merchandising) fixture orders, development, and pop-up activations, ensuring timely supply before product launches
Review store design drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and brand standards.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, specifications, budgets, schedules, contracts, and reports.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant team members.
Coordinate with local contractors, internal business partners, and leadership to clarify the scope of work for each project.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

Minimum of 1 year working experience within the area of commercial/retail architecture or interior design with a focus on store concept development and/or store design and planning. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Bachelor's degree required; a background in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus
Strong project management skills, ability to oversee and manage multiple projects in complex environments involving several stakeholders
Passion for creative thinking in fixture development, with a strong eye for design and functionality
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and self-disciplined
Great communication and presentation skills
Basic Knowledge in AutoCAD
Knowledge of 3D software and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) is required
