Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Assistant Social Media Manager to join our dynamic Global Brand Marketing & Communications team. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director / Senior Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand presence, drive audience engagement, and contribute to lead generation.
- You will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and basic analytics, and will collaborate closely with the social media team and cross-functional partners. This role is ideal for a data-informed individual eager to contribute to building online communities and fostering positive brand interactions.
Job Description
- Support the execution of the global social media strategy, with a focus on contributing to Instagram and TikTok growth and engagement
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of social media performance updates and recommendations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for regional marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across global social media channels
- Collaborate with Senior Social Media Content Creator (brand voice and content production), and Social Media Associate (community management) on various initiatives
- Stay informed about Western social media culture, emerging trends, and platform updates to support the creation of relevant and impactful content
- Assist in the development and maintenance of content calendars that align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments
- Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, and E-commerce teams to help translate campaigns into effective social media content
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and social listening insights to identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to the achievement of set KPIs and growth targets for global and regional social media performance
- Research and propose innovative content formats, trends, and engagement tactics to maintain a competitive edge
- Support the integration of influencer and user-generated content into social media initiatives
- Collaborate with regional teams on the localization of content while adhering to global brand standards
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in social media marketing with a demonstrable understanding of brand account growth
- Experience in content planning and creative direction is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork
- Strategic thinking with the ability to understand the connection between creative execution and business goals
- Solid understanding of Western social media culture, trends, and audience behaviors
- Experience managing social media for consumer brands is preferred, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle categories
- Some experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members or interns is a plus
- Experience supporting the translation of marketing campaigns into platform-specific social content
- Expert knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, best practices, and content optimization
- Forward-thinking approach to emerging platforms and content formats
