Senior Influencer Marketing Associate

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Deep understanding of China’s social media ecosystem; leverage influencer resources across platforms for brand marketing.  
  2. Expand and manage KOL/KOC relationships across platforms including RED (Xiaohongshu), Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, and Bilibili.
  3. Analyze influencer performance and identify suitable partners to create high-quality branded content or drive traffic.
  4. Execute influencer campaigns: match the right influencers to campaign goals, handle influencer outreach, seeding, content review, and publishing.
  5. Monitor campaign performance and optimize influencer selection, content, and investment strategies based on data insights.
  6. Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices across major Chinese social platforms.
  7. Assist in the planning and development of marketing campaign proposals.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing; minimum 3 years focused on RED (Xiaohongshu) is required.
  2. Strong passion for influencer content, with a solid grasp of fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture trends; experience in fashion or sports industry is preferred.
  3. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills; experience in large-scale campaigns (e.g., Double 11) is a plus.
  4. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  5. Proactive learner and trend spotter with an innovative mindset.
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Able to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines with a positive attitude.
  8. Personal interest in ACG, comics, fashion, K-pop or related fields is a plus.
