Senior Influencer Marketing Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of China’s social media ecosystem; leverage influencer resources across platforms for brand marketing.
- Expand and manage KOL/KOC relationships across platforms including RED (Xiaohongshu), Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, and Bilibili.
- Analyze influencer performance and identify suitable partners to create high-quality branded content or drive traffic.
- Execute influencer campaigns: match the right influencers to campaign goals, handle influencer outreach, seeding, content review, and publishing.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize influencer selection, content, and investment strategies based on data insights.
- Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices across major Chinese social platforms.
- Assist in the planning and development of marketing campaign proposals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing; minimum 3 years focused on RED (Xiaohongshu) is required.
- Strong passion for influencer content, with a solid grasp of fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture trends; experience in fashion or sports industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills; experience in large-scale campaigns (e.g., Double 11) is a plus.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Proactive learner and trend spotter with an innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines with a positive attitude.
- Personal interest in ACG, comics, fashion, K-pop or related fields is a plus.
