Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is seeking a creative and results-oriented Growth Marketing Associate who is passionate about driving growth and engagement. As a successful candidate, you will be a highly motivated self-starter, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess a keen eye for detail.
- In this position, you will scale existing channels, while optimizing our key performance metrics. You have an analytical, data-driven mindset and hands-on experience managing ad platforms from high-level strategy to day-to-day operations.
Job Description
- Optimize paid campaigns across various channels with a strong focus on maximizing ROAS and ROI (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Tiktok Ads)
- Execute day-to-day ad operations, including campaign setup, launch, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through proper implementation of pixels and tracking parameters
- Monitor and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly channel KPIs, using data to inform budget and resource allocation decisions
- Partner with marketing, product, and other teams to execute impactful growth initiatives
- Develop precise customer segments and profiles to create highly targeted and effective campaigns
- Analyze user data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that drive growth
- Conduct thorough market research to assess competitor strategies and identify new product opportunities
- Implement and analyze A/B tests to continuously optimize campaigns and identify new growth opportunities
- Manage ad-hoc tasks and generate detailed reports as directed by senior management
- Create engaging social media content strategies to boost brand presence and audience engagement
- Collaborate with teams to produce compelling multimedia content that aligns with marketing goals
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in DTC, e-commerce environments or the travel industry
- Experience with Meta, Google Analytics and SQL is a plus
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate market insights clearly
- Passionate about technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands and eager to be part of a growing start-up team
- Ability to work under pressure, and adapt to the fast-paced environment
