CASETiFY is looking for an entrepreneurial and detail-oriented Assistant Business Development Manager to drive growth across eCommerce marketplace and wholesale channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

eCommerce Marketplace

Develop and execute Marketplace (Shopee) sales strategy and optimize assortments.
Coordinate with internal teams, marketplace partners, and logistics service providers.
Monitor sales performance, traffic, and promotions; support seasonal campaigns.
Drive co-marketing efforts with platform partners to boost competitiveness.
Support new marketplace launches and related cross-team integration projects.

Wholesale

Manage key wholesale accounts to drive sales and brand visibility, including upselling, inventory, logistics, and after-sales.
Identify and pitch new business opportunities to brands and retailers, building strong, long-term partnerships.
Coordinate cross-functional projects with partners, GC business development, global ops, and Taiwan team.
Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely launches.
Conduct data analysis, sales forecasting, and market research to support growth strategies.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in eCommerce, Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in eCommerce, partnerships, or sales, with the marketplace. experience required.
Strong business acumen, data-driven mindset, and solid analytical skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive, organized, and responsible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about tech, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
