Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is now seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Partnerships Manager who will directly report to the Senior Partnerships Manager to join our Global Partnerships team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You must be a self-starter and a team player who can quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability, and effectiveness.
- You will support the rapid expansion of the Global market by researching, connecting with, and updating trends in global brand opportunities. You will execute collaboration collections and marketing campaigns to drive business growth according to the company's direction.
Job Description
- Develop and execute collaboration projects to drive business growth according to the company's direction. Plan and deploy marketing and collaboration launch campaigns
- Manage collaboration launches and manage external partner relations - from internal communications to coordination on marketing assets, creative feedback, and timeline to ensure a smooth execution for launch
- Optimize and initiate engaging and sales-driven marketing activations with the brand partners, including but not limited to social media, influencer campaigns, and content-driven campaigns. With clear objectives to increase sales, drive website traffic and conversion, and/or collaboration launch engagement
- Demonstrate creativity and coordinate with the design team to develop collaborative creatives. Independently work on seeking approvals from partners on creative and marketing materials
- Support budget and sales forecast reports
- Assist in owning KPIs and analytics to report on the success, learnings, and other key insights from campaigns, marketing tests, and channels
- Perform market research and monitor competition, market activities, events, and trends
- Support any assigned business development projects
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or equivalent discipline
- 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, or consumer product licensing
- Experience in go-to-market plan execution is preferred
- Experience working with large corporate brands on partnership campaigns
- Able to work under pressure, quickly adapt, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strategic thinking and execution: you can take the big-picture view of marketing objectives and plans but also have the experience and motivation to dig in and do the work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills to deal with both internal parties and external partners
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters
- Passionate about technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands and eager to be part of a growing start-up team
