Job Description

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and the Korean Marketplace - Kakao Gift account manager.
Collaborate with our Korean design team to ensure all localized content and deliverables meet company standards and timelines.
Manage logistics-related issues by coordinating directly with our production, fulfillment, and warehouse teams.

Strategy and Operational Management

Prepare regular performance reviews (weekly and monthly), analyzing data from various dimensions, including product-level insights and competitor research
Provide actionable insight and formulate strategic plans based on performance data to drive channel growth and improvement
Handle marketplace order shipments and consistently maintain stock readiness.
Manage and maintain product listings, ensuring quality control and accuracy across channels.
Assist in the setup of promotions and pricing set up for product listings.
Monitor all after-sales orders to ensure timely resolution.
Support the preparation and launch of other new platforms.

Requirement

Bachelor in e-commerce / operation / business or related disciplines
Business-level proficiency in written and spoken Korean is a must. Exposure to Korean marketing practices is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or marketing.
Proficiency in analyzing metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Strong attention to detail with an eager-to-learn attitude. Excellent reporting and communication skills.
Excellent command of written Korean, English and Chinese.
Candidates with more experience can be considered for a senior title.
