Purpose of Position

  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for providing all-round support to the Human Resources Team, employee life-cycle management and assisting in Human Resources or Office Admin related enhancement and ad-hoc projects. You will explore alternative recruitment channels and platforms, and to enhance our employer branding to attract talents.

 

Job Description

  • Execute end to end talent acquisition strategy for both volume / professional hire in our Tech-driven businesses.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBP team to understand business requirements and align recruitment plans with organizational goals. 
  • Actively source applicants through online channels, such as Linkedin, Liepin, Boss and other professional networks or job boards.
  • Improve TA delivery efficiency/effectiveness by tracking both quantitative and qualitative KPIs and metrics (Time-to-hire; Time-to-fill).
  • Utilize advanced talent mapping techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, building a robust pipeline for critical roles in the e-commerce and tech sectors.
  • Ensure talent acquisition process compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.
  • Explore employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, recruitment marketing, and engagement programs to enhance CASETiFY’s visibility as an employer of choice.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Undertake other HR/Office initiatives and projects where required


Requirement

  • Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 3+ years relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce, tech, or DTC industries, global exposure is desired.
  • Solid experiences in Recruitment and Employer Branding with proven track record in employer branding projects, including social media recruitment campaigns or Employer Value Proposition development.
  • Experience in regional/overseas recruitment activities is an advantage.
  • Be familiar with the multicultural working environment.
  • Self-starter, be attentive, supportive and responsible.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks.
  • Be able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite and Green House ATS system is desired. 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
