  • We are looking for a strategic and creative Senior Designer to lead our visual identity across global marketplaces. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, and high-level storefront strategies aimed at driving conversion.

 

Job Description

Artworking and Graphic Design 艺术设计与平面设计

  • Design tailor-made and localized creatives for multiple overseas marketplaces according to eCommerce Marketplace Team’s requirements in order to showcase brand image
  • 根據香港電商平台团队的要求以及電商平台風格,為各個海外電商平台创建在地化素材,以完美展现品牌概念。
  • Ride on existing branded design assets from HQ Creative team by varying formats and languages to be replicated across appropriate channels and touchpoints
  • 利用香港总部设计团队現有素材進行改動,包括不同格式和语言,以便符合電商平台的要求,在适当的渠道和接触点进行复制。
  • Conceptualize and plan product photoshoots specifically tailored for e-commerce needs. Oversee the post-production/retouching process to ensure all raw assets are transformed into high-quality, marketplace-ready imagery
  • 针对需求进行产品拍摄的策划与统筹。监督后期制作及修圖流程,确保所有原始素材转化为高质量、符合各大电商平台标准的视觉影像。
  • Implement and manage standardised design processes and  templates libraries for consistent quality across channels
  • 实施并管理标准化设计流程和模板库,确保各渠道质量。
  • Go beyond "making things look good" by designing interfaces and layouts specifically engineered to increase click-through rate and conversion rate
  • 通过数据驱动的排版与界面设计,精准提升点击率与转化率。

  • Establish efficient design workflows and asset management systems to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
    建立高效的设计工作流和素材资产管理系统,确保高质量设计作品的按时交付。
  • Able to work well within a team while under pressure, with a flexible attitude.
  • 能够在一定工作压力下与团队良好的合作,具有灵活的工作态度。
  • Maintain an organised working structure and filing system.
  • 保持条理性的工作和系统化的设计归档。
  • Lead and manage a design team, providing art directions and  constructive feedback.
  • 领导并管理设计团队,提供艺术指导及建设性的反馈。
  • Communicate and work closely with HQ Creative team & Marketplace team
  • 与香港总部设计团队及電商平台团队紧密合作沟通。
  • Implement standardised design processes for consistent quality across channels
  • 与香港总部设计团队及電商平台团队紧密合作沟通。

 

Requirement 

  • 4+ years
  • 4 年以上相关设计经验
  • E-commerce / digital marketing / agency experience and is a plus
  • 电商,数字营销或有第三方设计公司工作经验加分

 

Technical Requirements

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
  • 精通 Adobe 工具库
  • Experience with photo-editing and retouching is essential.
  • 具备深厚的图片编辑与修图经验
  • Experience with basic motion graphics or AI-assisted design tools is a major plus.
  • 具备基础的动态图形设计或 AI 辅助设计工具的使用经验者优先
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality e-commerce assets
  • 拥有高质量的电商视觉设计作品集
  • Incredible attention to detail
