Job Responsibilities:
- Design and produce visual assets for product listings on Douyin and Xiaohongshu stores, including main images, product detail pages, SKU images, etc., ensuring visuals align with platform aesthetics to drive click-through and conversion rates.
- Participate in the overall setup, visual optimization, and regular iteration of Douyin and Xiaohongshu store homepages, covering store banners, navigation bars, homepage module layouts, and more, to build a cohesive and appealing store image.
- Support live-streaming and short-video marketing activities on Douyin and Xiaohongshu by designing visual materials such as live-stream covers, teaser images, short-video covers, and live-stream overlays, ensuring visual consistency across channels.
- Track platform visual trends and competitor best practices, and optimize design solutions based on product characteristics to enhance the store’s overall visual competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to clarify design requirements, deliver design outputs efficiently, and ensure strong alignment between visual design and business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or related fields; 3–5 years of e-commerce design experience, with Douyin channel experience considered a strong plus.
- Proficient in Photoshop and other relevant design tools; capable of independently completing end-to-end design for product listings and store homepages.
- Familiar with Douyin platform design guidelines and user preferences, with strong creative and visual execution capabilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, high execution efficiency, able to respond quickly to requests, deliver on time, and adapt to the fast-paced e-commerce environment.
