The roles will be stationed in overseas production sites and be responsible for managing the production site, maximizing production output & efficiency as well as taking part in improvement projects.

Job Description

Organize and supervise the site operations to achieve company’s business objectives
Monitor processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing and warehousing. Ensure operational efficiency
Solve or report any practical and order problems in production
Monitor performance of the outsourced service provider
Implement the SOPs and make suggestions when necessary
Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching
As a first point of contact for logistics issue

Requirement

Tertiary Education/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline
5+ years of working experience in production management/operations management
Team working
Good analytical and problem solving skills, good communication skill, fast-paced learner

Benefits

Benefits are provided through the designated US employing entity / hiring partner and may include medical, dental and vision coverage, retirement savings plan eligibility, paid sick leave, paid time off and holidays, subject to applicable plan terms, eligibility requirements, and law.
Annual Salary Package between USD 70,000–90,000.
