Job Description

Responsible for overall project and product management to ensure projects are delivered on-time and per scope to achieve business goals.
Orchestrate both internal resources and 3rd-party vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
Manage project dependencies, changes, and risks across multiple work streams for system implementation projects.
Ensure project deliverables are well-qualified and tested according to the project objectives and requirements.
Be knowledgeable in the digital products that the projects this role manages.
Engage with and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Work closely with the Digital Products Director to manage project priorities & executions in digital transformation.

Requirement

University degree or above in Information Technology or Business Management.
8+ years of project management experience in system deployment projects, ideally related to digital transformation.
Proven success in software or digital solutions deployments.
Experience in managing with 3rd party vendor.
Ability to foster and build relationships, engage and influence others.
Adaptable when dealing with changes with a strong awareness of business goals.
Experience in deploying ERP, CRM, Mobile App, or RPA will be an advantage.
Certification in Project Management will be an advantage.
Great communication & presentation skills in English & Chinese.
