Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate to scale our TikTok paid influencer marketing efforts across key global markets. This role will be responsible for end-to-end management of paid creator campaigns on TikTok - from influencer identification, negotiation, and booking through to content delivery, Spark Ads activation, and performance analysis. The position reports to the Marketing department and will work closely with the Growth Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Influencer teams to drive measurable ROI through TikTok creator partnerships that strengthen CASETiFY's brand presence and accelerate business growth.


Job Description

  • Develop and execute CASETiFY's TikTok paid influencer marketing strategy, identifying high-performing creators across target markets that align with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle for TikTok paid partnerships — from creator sourcing, outreach, and negotiation through to briefing, content review, posting coordination, and Spark Ads/allowlisting activation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between CASETiFY and agency partners, leading regular check-ins, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and escalating issues when needed
  • Manage and grow an in-house roster of TikTok creators across multiple tiers (nano, micro, mid, macro), focusing on performance-driven content that converts.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and contract terms with creators, talent agencies, and external partners, manage campaign budgets, and ensure cost efficiency at scale.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across key metrics, including CPM, CPV, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, and conversion — delivering regular reporting with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes, documentation, and tools (e.g., creator databases, campaign trackers, performance dashboards) to support the growth of the TikTok influencer program.
  • Stay current on TikTok platform updates, algorithm shifts, trending formats, creator economy trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.


Requirement

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, influencer management, digital or growth marketing, or related areas. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred
  • Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability in managing workflows.
  • Interest in social media/performance marketing and scalability with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
