Purpose of Position

CASETiFY is seeking a meticulous and proactive Growth Marketing Assistant to join our high-performing Growth Marketing team.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our daily execution—streamlining cross-functional workflows, optimizing project timelines, and ensuring flawless documentation. By managing the logistics behind our global campaigns, you will directly enable the team to launch initiatives efficiently and at scale. This position is ideal for a highly organized self-starter looking to make a tangible impact and gain comprehensive, hands-on experience within a fast-paced, world-class e-commerce brand.

 

Job Description

  • Workflow Optimization & Coordination: Own the administration and efficiency of team project management platforms. Drive the creative production lifecycle from inception to launch by proactively managing timelines, overcoming bottlenecks, and ensuring asset readiness.
  • Operational Enablement: Facilitate high-volume ad creation and seamless platform execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Oversee routine ad platform maintenance to minimize friction and prevent downtime.
  • Growth Marketing Operations & Governance: Manage the master growth marketing roadmap to ensure seamless execution across global campaigns, influencer marketing, and cross-functional initiatives. Champion documentation best practices to keep internal stakeholders aligned and schedules accurate.
  • Operational Continuity: Continuously elevate team agility by documenting and optimizing cross-team SOPs for long-term scalability.

 

Requirement

  • Experience in marketing operations, project management, or agency account management. E-commerce or startup experience is highly valued; relevant internship experience for recent graduates is welcome.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and hands-on exposure to project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Exceptional organizational acumen with an uncompromising eye for detail. A proactive communicator who can confidently collaborate across teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain momentum in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
