Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Assistant Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You are a self-starter and team player who can quickly identify opportunities to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability, and effectiveness.
  • You are the strategic architect of the "What & Why" behind our global creative acquisition engine. Operating at the center of the company’s revenue equation, this role transforms creative iteration from a simple production-volume framework into a rigorous, data-validated science. You own the performance feedback loops, testing frameworks, and cross-departmental governance gates required to scale direct-to-consumer (DTC) efficiency globally.

Job Description

  • Creative Briefing & Execution: Translate approved performance hypotheses into highly structured, high-converting direct-response creative briefs for in-house design teams and external User Generated Content (UGC) partners.
  • Daily Performance Monitoring: Oversee the day-to-day tracking of live asset-level ad dashboards to identify and flag breakthrough creative variations that achieve critical spending and performance efficiency thresholds.
  • Data Hygiene Execution: Manage and verify the rigorous application of standardized naming conventions and global UTM formatting across all creative assets prior to launch, ensuring absolute data-tracking integrity at the source.
  • Production Pipeline Coordination: Coordinate the daily deliverables, timelines, and operational pipelines of internal and partner content streams to successfully expand our monthly unique testing asset capacity.
  • Operational Workflow Support: Lead the end-to-end data preparation for weekly performance scoring loops and compile comprehensive asset portfolios to facilitate recurring cross-functional content reviews.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of dedicated e-commerce DTC growth experience, ideally within fast-moving lifestyle or consumer tech hardware brands, managing significant budgets for premium consumer brands. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Associate position.
  • Deep competence in ad-level attribution, GA4, pixel tracking (CAPI/EC), and visual dashboard analytics. You must be comfortable using data to arbitrate creative disputes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage tension-heavy interfaces across separate departments (e.g., Product, E-comm Tech, and Merchandising).
  • Experience with SQL and Tech skills is a plus.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, "start up-to-scale up" environments and are passionate about design, tech accessories, and the lifestyle industry.
