Retail Experience(Creative) Intern

Purpose of Position

This is a 6-month onsite full-time internship. As part of the KR Retail Team, you will help create meaningful customer experiences across our retail stores. From pop-up stores and collection launches to in-store activations, POP, and GWP development, you'll work on projects that bring the CASETiFY brand to life in physical retail spaces. If you have a strong eye for design, stay on top of trends, and enjoy turning ideas into real customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you. 


Job Description

Retail Creative Projects

  • Support the planning and execution of pop-up stores, collection launches, and retail activations
  • Develop creative concepts for POP displays, GWP, window displays, and in-store customer experiences
  • Research retail, fashion, lifestyle, and design trends to inspire new retail concepts
  • Create mood boards, creative references, and presentation materials

Retail Project Execution

  • Coordinate with Marketing, VM, Retail Operations, and external agencies to execute retail campaigns
  • Support the production of POP materials, GWP, visual assets, and retail fixtures
  • Visit stores to review execution quality and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Project & Administrative Support

  • Prepare presentation decks, project schedules, meeting materials, and reports
  • Support quotations, purchase requests, production timelines, and vendor communication
  • Organize project documentation and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep projects on track


Requirements

  • Strong interest in Retail, Branding, Visual Merchandising, Spatial Design, or Customer Experience
  • Passionate about staying up to date with fashion, lifestyle, celebrity, and consumer trends
  • Excellent aesthetic sense with a strong awareness of design and consumer trends
  • Creative mindset with the ability to transform ideas into engaging retail experiences
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus)
  • Business-level Korean and English communication skills
