Project Executive, Retail

Purpose of Position

• We are looking for a Project Executive to support the Store Development team in the planning, coordination, and delivery of retail projects, including new store openings, renovations, pop-up stores, collaborations, and new launches. The role ensures project information, documentation, timelines, submissions, and stakeholder follow-up are managed accurately and on time, enabling smooth project execution and launch readiness across the region.

Job Description

• Support the Project Manager and project team in coordinating store development projects, including new store openings, renovations, pop-up stores, collaborations, and new launches.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, action logs, meeting minutes, and status updates to ensure project progress is accurately recorded and communicated.
• Manage monthly global orders for VM fixtures, including order tracking, status reporting, and alignment across all teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Store Operations, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and other supporting functions.
• Liaise with contractors,, suppliers, and brand partners to follow up on project deliverables, drawings, quotations, samples, approvals, and required documents.
• Support launch-readiness activities by ensuring required materials, submissions, approvals, and action items are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify project issues, delays, incomplete deliverables; escalate them to the Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager and support follow-up on solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Product Design, Architecture, Retail Design, or a related discipline.
• Around 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, retail store development, construction, interior design, architecture, visual merchandising, or commercial fit-out.
• Strong organisation, coordination, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good stakeholder-management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, or similar software is an advantage.
