Casted empowers brands to connect with podcast audiences across the globe. Trusted by industry leaders like Salesforce, IBM, Caterpillar, and Gong, we help businesses manage their podcast content, distribute it to millions, and measure meaningful outcomes.

But that’s not just what we do—it’s about why we do it.

We believe audio and video offer a unique opportunity to build trust through a deeply human experience. We’re passionate about where technology meets humanity, and we channel that passion into creating real value for our customers and their audiences.

Our team is at the heart of what makes Casted thrive. That’s why we prioritize flexibility, autonomy, and creativity above all else. • Own the full sales cycle, including sales quotas, budgeting, and achieving revenue goals.
  • Design and implement lead generation, lead qualification, and sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, execute quarterly GTM plans, and close deals to exceed quotas.
  • Deliver engaging product demos and provide detailed answers to prospect questions about the platform.
  • Leverage CRM and sales tools to provide accurate forecasting and progress reporting.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to inform product development and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team to ensure seamless customer handoffs and exceptional onboarding experiences.
  • Contribute to shaping the company’s direction and culture as a key member of the team.

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has extensive sales experience ideally in high-growth SaaS startups.
  • Has successfully managed opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from discovery to close.
  • Is highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with the dynamic nature of early-stage environments.
  • Excels at cross-functional collaboration and values giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Is an exceptional communicator and a master at setting and managing expectations.
  • Thrives in strategic and hands-on roles, managing quotas and refining sales demos

Compensation: $150,000-$190,000, based on experience and qualifications

Our Values:

Own Your Part: Just like a crew rowing a boat, every member of our team plays an important role in getting us from where we are to where we want to go. When we all understand how the ship moves and the value of our individual contributions, we thrive. At Casted, we own our roles on this ship and we row together.

Pursue The And: Part of taking ownership of our roles at Casted means constantly pursuing ways to optimize, innovate, delight, and exceed expectations. We don’t stop at the obvious or take “good enough” for an answer. When faced with an “either/or” decision, we instead pursue the “and.”

Fuel With Curiosity: At Casted, we know that not any one of us has all the answers. So we approach our roles with humility and take ownership of our responsibility to learn and grow. We seek to listen more than we speak, and to be faster to ask questions than dictate answers. Our work is fueled by curiosity.

Fill Your Cup: At Casted, we work hard. We show up ready to give and grow. But we know it’s impossible to pour from an empty cup. So before we pour into anything or anyone else, we fill our own cups first. We take care of ourselves and encourage others to do the same.

Pour Into Others: We’re a team, so we act like one. We pour into each other, our customers, and our partners. We seek ways to give and to share, and to be generous with our resources. SaaS moves at 1million mph but we always slow down enough to say thank you and celebrate one another along the way.

Casted is an equal-opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company. We don’t discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
