Are you a seasoned early childhood educator ready to lead with purpose and passion? We're looking for a dedicated Part Time Floater Teacher who is ready to guide all of our young learners through one of the most important years of their early education journey.

Who We’re Looking For:

We're seeking a collaborative, experienced educator who is passionate about all age groups, confident in curriculum implementation, and skilled in jumping in to lend a hand. If you're eager to shape young minds and support a strong classroom community—we want to connect with you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Classroom Operations: Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans, managing routines, and engaging children.
  • Build Positive Relationships: Connect with children, families, and team members across the center.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure a clean, consistent, and welcoming atmosphere in each classroom you support.

What You Bring:

  • 18 years or older
  • DCF 45 Hours – Completed & Active
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting
  • CPR & First Aid Certified
  • Must pass a background check

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
