What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Learning: Design and implement a creative and impactful curriculum
• Mentor Your Team: Guide and support teachers to foster a cohesive classroom
• Partner With Parents: Build strong, ongoing relationships and share progress updates with families

What You Bring to the Table:

• DCF 45 Hours (active and completed)
• FL Director Credential - ideal!
• Active CDA, or Associate's/Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
• 2-3+ years in a licensed childcare setting - especially in admin
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Background Check Passed
• Must be 18 or older
• Available Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
