TITLE: Senior Director, Growth & Product Marketing
DEPARTMENT: Marketing and Experience (MX)
REPORTS TO: Chief Marketing and Experience Officer
SALARY RANGE: $ 94,400-118,000 USD (Placement within this range is dependent upon experience and location)
LOCATION: Remote US, OR NYC Metropolitan Area, Hybrid; 2 days per week in-office
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Director, Growth & Product Marketing, is responsible for overseeing all growth initiatives and product marketing strategies. This role leads all channel marketing efforts, including paid media, email, and web, as well as lifecycle marketing strategies such as Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead generation. Additionally, the Senior Director handles the Voice of Supporter (VOS) survey, ensuring that supporter feedback is integrated into marketing strategies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Growth Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across all channels, including paid media, email, and web.
- Set growth targets and oversee campaign performance to ensure objectives are met.
- Handle performance marketing to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Product Marketing:
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies to ensure successful market entry and adoption.
- Content Distribution and Amplification:
- Drive content distribution and amplification strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze performance data to optimize growth initiatives and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Customer Journey Design:
- Design and optimize customer journeys to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Voice of Supporter (VOS) Work:
- Lead the VOS survey efforts to gather and analyze supporter feedback.
- Integrate VOS insights into marketing strategies to ensure alignment with supporter needs and preferences.
- Team Coordination:
- Coordinate between teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration between marketers and other organizational stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the growth marketing budget in collaboration with the MX Operations leader to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Proven experience in a B2B senior marketing role, preferably as a Director or similar.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a marketing team.
- Experience in managing lifecycle marketing strategies, including ABM and lead generation.
- Fluency in growth marketing strategies, performance marketing, and product marketing principles
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiar with membership-based marketing
- Experience working in research and/or with trade associations
