The role
TITLE: Digital & Performance Marketing Lead
DEPARTMENT: Marketing and Experience
REPORTS TO: Sr Director, Marketing Growth & Performance
SALARY RANGE: $ 65,200-80,000 USD (Placement within this range is dependent upon experience and location)
LOCATION: Remote US, or Hybrid, NYC. Employees are expected in the office two days a week, with Wednesday as the core in-office day, and can work from home on the other days.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Digital & Performance Marketing Lead to execute our marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and digital experiences. This is a hybrid role that blends campaign execution with HubSpot automation, landing page development, and GTM campaign support. This role is part of our Growth & Product Marketing team and plays a critical role in helping us engage prospective and existing supporters, drive lead generation, and bring new research and solutions to market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Execute paid social and SEM across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other publisher channels
- Build and deploy campaigns in HubSpot across the lifecycle (e.g., prospecting, nurture, re-engagement, event follow-ups)
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to QA and deploy campaign assets across digital touchpoints
- Ensure accurate UTM tagging and audience targeting
- Support go-to-market execution and ABM delivery support
- Build and optimize HubSpot workflows to support campaign automation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing
- Create and manage segmented lists
- Ensure accurate lead scoring and routing to Sales
- Maintain list hygiene and ensure compliance with opt-out rules and privacy standards
- Build campaign-specific landing pages in HubSpot, optimizing for UX, SEO and conversion
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- 8+ years in digital marketing, channel marketing and/or campaign operations
- Direct experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (emails, forms, workflows, lists, landing pages)
- Analytically minded with high expertise with digital tools
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
- Experience building and maintaining no-code or low-code landing pages
- Understanding of marketing funnel metrics and lead lifecycle workflows
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Asana and basic HTML/CSS for landing page edits
