We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Enablement Specialist to elevate the performance of our global Sales teams. This newly created role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of crafting and implementing innovative sales strategies, a strong passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing a strategy that drives the success of our Global Sales team. Located in the UK, either fully remote or hybrid in Leeds or London, you will report directly to the VP Commercial. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Lead the transition of the sales methodology to a solution-selling approach while developing and implementing comprehensive sales programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure sales efforts align with organizational objectives.
  • Leverage analytics to identify market trends, craft targeted campaigns, and drive revenue growth through effective cross-sell, upsell, and retention strategies.
  • Create and execute a digital sales enablement strategy that incorporates advanced tools, automation, and data-driven insights.
  • Design and deliver scalable sales development programs for global teams, including the creation of tactical campaigns tailored to diverse markets.
  • Partner with external training providers and develop customized in-house training programs suited for various levels of the sales organization.
  • Work closely with the VP Commercial to formulate and execute a strategic plan aimed at achieving long-term customer growth through enhanced cross-sell, upsell, and retention initiatives.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Strong SaaS and enterprise software expertise.
  • A proven track record of sales team development and measurable impact on sales outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and technical writing skills.
  • Familiarity with the sales process, metrics, and senior leadership engagement.
  • Management experience is advantageous but not essential.
