Catapult is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven EMEA Tactics & Coaching Commercial Lead to drive growth across our coaching and video analysis vertical. This is a senior, strategic role within the EMEA region, working cross-functionally within a matrix organization alongside Business Development Managers (BDMs), Sales Directors, Marketing, and Product teams.

You will take ownership of commercial outcomes in the Tactics & Coaching (T&C) vertical across EMEA, helping to shape and execute a strategic plan that aligns with Catapult’s overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning & Execution:
      Develop and implement a regional commercial strategy for the Tactics & Coaching vertical that delivers on financial expectations and long-term growth objectives.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      Work closely with BDMs, Sales Directors, Product, and Marketing teams to execute on the strategy and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
    • Pipeline Management:
      Monitor and drive pipeline metrics including growth, coverage, and conversion. Translate commercial metrics into actionable plans.
    • SWOT Analysis:
      Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, risks, and opportunities across key territories. Build and adjust plans accordingly to maximize revenue potential.
    • Deal Sponsorship:
      Personally lead and sponsor large financial opportunities to successful closure, especially those with strategic or high-value impact.
    • Product Roadmap Input:
      Act as a strategic voice in the product development lifecycle, representing customer needs and market feedback for the Tactics & Coaching segment.
    • Market Development:
      Identify new commercial opportunities, emerging customer segments, and potential partnerships within EMEA to accelerate growth.

What you'll need:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the sports tech industry, ideally with a focus on video analysis, coaching, or tactical solutions.
    • Proven track record of commercial performance, with strong results in sales growth, account expansion, or strategic deal-making.
    • Proficient in Salesforce CRM for opportunity and pipeline management.
    • Deep understanding of the coaching ecosystem in elite and sub-elite sport across the EMEA region.
    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational plans and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
    • Passion for sport, technology, and innovation.
