At Catapult, we empower the world’s best athletes and teams to perform at their peak and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Business Systems who can bring that same winning mindset to our business operations. In this role, you’ll be both the architect and the coach behind our GTM systems strategy, designing, implementing, and optimizing the tools and processes that keep our commercial teams performing at championship level. You’ll orchestrate integrations across CRM (Salesforce), quote and order management (Salesforce CPQ), marketing automation (HubSpot), and ERP (NetSuite), ensuring clean data and enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to win together.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Call the plays: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of GTM systems and processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and growth with Salesforce as your key playmaker.
- Coordinate the enterprise offense: Direct the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise business systems initiatives to support corporate objectives and operational excellence.
- Keep the scoreboard accurate: Define and uphold GTM data governance and system architecture standards to ensure consistency, reliability, and trust across all revenue data.
- Team up for success: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business goals into scalable system capabilities.
- Connect the ecosystem: Oversee integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Xactly, and NetSuite to create seamless data flow and visibility across departments.
- Automate the win: Champion automation, AI, and process simplification to reduce manual work and accelerate outcomes across the GTM organization.
- Power the analytics engine: Collaborate on Catapult’s data warehouse initiative by ensuring accurate and reliable data extraction from all GTM systems.
- Lead your squad: Manage and mentor a global team, coaching them to deliver consistent, reliable, and scalable system performance.
- Drive adoption: Lead change-management initiatives to ensure smooth rollouts and strong user adoption of new systems and tools.
WHAT YOUR SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE
- After 6 Months: You’ve built a clear understanding of Catapult’s GTM systems ecosystem, strengthened alignment with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance, and delivered early wins in automation, data quality, or process efficiency. The team operates with clarity and confidence under your leadership, and system health and data trust have noticeably improved.
- After 12 Months:You’ve established a scalable GTM systems architecture that connects Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, NetSuite, and Xactly into a cohesive, high-performing environment. Cross-functional teams rely on these systems for accurate insights and seamless workflows, and your team is recognized as a strategic partner driving revenue efficiency, data integrity, and operational excellence across Catapult.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Operations within fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Proven success designing, implementing, and scaling Salesforce CPQ and GTM architectures across global organizations.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to translate business strategy into scalable system and data architecture that drives measurable impact.
- Leadership experience: Skilled at building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams on mission-critical programs.
- Technical expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystems; familiarity with ERP integrations and enterprise-grade business system management.
- Project management discipline: Experienced in coordinating cross-functional enterprise projects with competing priorities and high visibility.
- Excellent communication: Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills able to align and influence across the field.

Compensation & Benefits
The target Total Compensation range for this position is $100,711 - $201,423 per year. This range is inclusive of base salary and a target incentive plan (which may include equity, commission, or other bonus structures).
Your specific compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as your geographic location, relevant experience, and job-related skills.
In addition to this compensation, Catapult also offers generous paid leave and recognized company holidays, and the opportunity to participate in our comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
