Logistics Analyst

Mexico City, Mexico City, Mexico

WE EXIST TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF ATHLETES AND TEAMS

Our mission is to improve the performance of athletes and teams, which we do by engineering the premier technology platform for sport. We've been at the forefront of sports technology and science since 2006 - we don't just work in the sporting industry, we are actively changing its future.  Our solutions are designed to help athletes and coaches “play smart” in a world where 1% can literally mean the difference between winning and losing.

We work with over 5,000 teams around the world, empowering coaches, managers and trainers in premier teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, EPL, AFL, NRL, NCAA and more. We provide the information they need to optimise athletes’ health, game-day readiness, and performance, as well as in-game tactics.  Our solutions include wearable technology, video analytics, and athlete monitoring solutions, and we are passionate about helping sports organizations at all levels to better scout, recruit, teach, and win.

In Mexico, Catapult is supporting the implementation of its performance technology ecosystem across the Mexican Football Federation and Liga MX environment, working with professional clubs and national teams to deploy wearable technology and performance systems across the professional football ecosystem.
The Technical Support & Logistics Specialist will play a key role in supporting the operational deployment of Catapult technologies in Mexico, ensuring efficient logistics operations, equipment management, and first-level technical support for professional clubs and federation stakeholders.

WE WANT PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCT SUPPORT

We are looking for a Logistics Analyst based in Mexico City or Toluca to support the rollout of Catapult technology across the Mexican football ecosystem following the Liga MX project.

This role replicates the hybrid support model successfully implemented in Argentina, which combines technical support, logistics coordination, and local operations management to ensure fast response times and high service levels for clubs and federation partners.

The position will play a key role in maintaining Catapult’s service standards and SLA compliance while supporting a large operational footprint of over 200 sub-accounts across Mexico.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate local logistics operations, including equipment distribution, inventory control, and replacement management for professional teams.
  • Support the operation of the Catapult Mexico workspace, assisting with equipment preparation, internal distribution, and shipment coordination.
  • Ensure efficient swap and replacement processes for wearable technology devices to maintain service-level agreements with clubs.
  • Provide first-level operational and technical support for Catapult wearable technology systems.
  • Assist teams with basic device setup, equipment management, and troubleshooting.
  • Support Customer Success Specialists and Performance Support Technicians during team onboarding and technology deployments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and operational documentation for the Mexican operation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Support, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operational delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, operations coordination, or equipment management, ideally within sports or performance environments.
  • Experience working in sports organizations, professional clubs, or sport-related operational environments.
  • Background as a former athlete or experience working in team sports environments, particularly football, is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with sports performance technologies or athlete monitoring systems is a plus.
  • Basic operational knowledge of Catapult platforms such as OpenField or similar athlete monitoring systems is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage equipment logistics and operational workflows.
  • Ability to work with coaching staff, performance departments, and operational teams.
  • Passion for sport, teamwork, and supporting elite performance environments.
