
Lead Operations Manager

Catapult acquired football analytics leader IMPECT in October 2025. A critical component of this product is our Packing Sports Corporation (PSC), based in the Philippines, where our data operations are headquartered. We are now seeking a Lead Operations Manager (Philippines) to lead and scale our data operations.
Reporting to the PSC Country Manager (Philippines), you will act as the strategic and operational leader for PSC, ensuring that our 450+ person operation delivers high-quality, timely, and scalable data output aligned with Catapult’s global standards.
You will define the operational “north star” in building the structure, processes, and leadership capability required to support continued growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and scale a multi-site operations across six locations in the Philippines
- Define and implement operational strategy, processes, and KPIs
- Drive improvements in productivity, turnaround times, and data quality
- Build and develop local leadership (team leads, supervisors, QA)
- Partner closely with P&C on hiring, retention, and workforce planning
- Establish scalable onboarding and training frameworks
- Improve quality assurance processes and performance tracking
- Lead change management initiatives (tools, workflows, new features)
- Act as the key interface between PSC operations and global stakeholders
- Ensure operational readiness for new competitions, products, and growth phases
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 8+ years of experience in operations, ideally in BPO, shared services, or large-scale workforce environments
- Proven experience leading large operations teams
- Strong track record in process improvement and operational scaling
- Experience in 24/7 operations and shift-based environments
- Ability to work across multiple sites and manage distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in an international or corporate environment
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics and KPIs
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Professional fluency in both English and Tagalog
