About the job

You will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our CRM initiatives, ensuring that every touchpoint is not only aesthetically pleasing but also strategically effective. This role requires a deep understanding of how design can influence customer behavior, and the ability to collaborate closely with our copywriting and data teams to create cohesive, impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead the visual design for CRM campaigns, including email templates, landing pages, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Copywriter to ensure that the visual and written content are seamlessly integrated and aligned with the brand identity.
  • Design customer-centric visuals that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  • Utilize data and user insights to inform design decisions, creating tailored experiences for different customer segments.
  • Work with UX/UI Designers to ensure that all CRM assets are user-friendly and optimized for various devices and platforms.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and CRM best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in art direction, with a focus on CRM, digital marketing, or advertising.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing CRM or email marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo is a plus.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good to have

  • A portfolio showcasing strong and successful CRM campaigns.
  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing for CRM content.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
  • Knowledge of data visualization techniques to enhance the impact of CRM campaigns.
  • Ability to prototype designs using tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices, including image loading and accessibility considerations.
