Purpose

The role is responsible for the coordination of CRM projects assets and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved (third parties and agency members) and understanding both agency and client needs and objectives and liaise closely with the third parties involved.

Responsibilities 

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with the client.
  • Presenting and negotiating project plans and budgets.
  • Be the main responsible of delivering an end-to-end CRM projects.
  • Be the main point of contact for the key internal stakeholders including creativity team, accounting team and production team.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects according to client needs and objectives.
  • Briefing and judging creative in relation to brand guidelines, objectives and KPIs.
  • Ensure the correct implication both of client and agency profiles on the planned dates for projects.
  • Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with client at all stages.
  • Arranging and scheduling meetings that fit with projects plans.
  • Present and defend agency ideas with conviction.
  • Analyze and report Loyalty campaigns success.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  • Design, improve and manage initiatives that reinforce the company’s customer relations, such as customer journeys, emails, websites and apps.
  • Recommend technical improvements to get a better understanding of each visitor to the website.
  • Suggest and implement project planning based on production needs.
  • Address production assets needs to the proper providers.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years in an advertising agency.
  • Proven work experience in Digital campaigns and Loyalty projects.
  • Office heavy user.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, customer satisfaction tools, loyalty program tools, emailing campaign editors.
  • Deep knowledge of Jira as main project management tool along with Agile projects milestones workflow definition.
  • Must be self-motivated, and able to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges. Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment.
  • Effective organisational abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and good written and verbal communication skills.
  • English full professional
