Purpose

We’re on the hunt for an ambitious and visionary Creative Director to lead our social media team to new heights. This role demands a social media expert who not only understands platforms inside out but is also brimming with innovative ideas that challenge the status quo and captivate audiences.

As the leader of our social media team, you’ll be responsible for driving creative excellence across all channels, mentoring and inspiring the team, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with proactive and disruptive campaigns. Your mission will be to craft compelling strategies, foster collaboration, and deliver scroll-stopping content that elevates our brand.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative role with a strong focus on social media.
  • A deep understanding of platform trends, audience behavior, and content innovation.
  • A passion for proactive thinking and creating disruptive ideas that break through the noise.
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide a dynamic, creative team.
  • An ambition to set new benchmarks in social media creativity and effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for pitching and selling ideas. Under the ECDs supervision, evaluate and, if necessary, adjust the content of the projects before completion.
  • Management of the creative team. Identify strengths & weaknesses to improve their creativity.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the timings for each project.
  • Awareness of the client´s results and the agency’s performance. Proactively suggest improvements based on the needs of the department.
  • Give full support to the Executive Creative Director.

 What you'll do

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the social media creative team, fostering a collaborative and ambitious environment.
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Encourage and champion proactive ideas and experimental formats.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and creative cohesion.
  • Stay ahead of trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh thinking to every project.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least 10 years in an advertising agency.
  • Experience dealing with social media campaigns.
  • Automobile marketing experience.
  • Experience in the Social Creative Director role for at least 4 years.
  • Experience dealing with global accounts.
  • Knowledge of each step of an advertising campaign's process to give creatives direction, work on schedule and meet client's expectations.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • The ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and love creative and technical challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective organisational abilities.
  • Perfect oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)

  • A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
