About the Role

We are looking for a Visual Designer specialized in Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) to design and deliver dynamic display and programmatic advertising creatives for performance-driven digital campaigns across multiple markets.

This role sits at the intersection of visual design, paid media, and data-driven creative optimization, requiring both strong design sensibility and a solid understanding of how creative assets perform across different audiences, funnel stages, and media environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and produce DCO display banner templates (HTML5) across multiple formats and sizes.
  • Build scalable creative systems that ensure consistency across dynamic, localized, and multi-market variations.
  • Translate brand guidelines into flexible, modular templates suitable for personalization and programmatic display.
  • Design creatives aligned with different marketing funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion).
  • Adapt messaging and visuals for different audience segments, paid media strategies, and targeting models.
  • Create structured creative variants to support A/B testing and continuous optimization cycles.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork in line with brand and technical specifications.
  • Ensure high visual quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all creative outputs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a Visual Designer role, with a strong focus on Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).
  • Proven experience in DCO campaigns, programmatic display, and template-based creative systems.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, digital funnels, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience working in test-and-learn environments, including A/B testing and creative optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong creative design sensibility, with the ability to independently develop high-quality, on-brand DCO templates for a brand with a well-established and distinctive visual identity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for HTML5 display banners.
  • Experience with DCO platforms such as Google Studio, Celtra, Flashtalking, or similar.
  • Familiarity with dynamic feeds, personalization logic, and HTML5 banner best practices is a plus.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sexual orientation, or age.
