Profile

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to lead the creation and local adaptation of high-impact copy for the Australian market across digital, social, print, and AV. The role balances original local ideation—particularly for digital and social—with the adaptation of global 360° campaigns.

Operating within a creative agency and delivery hub environment, you’ll take ownership of copy quality, collaborate closely with creative teams, and confidently present work to clients.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead copy development for digital, social, and local activations, from concept to delivery.
  • Adapt global campaigns into culturally and strategically relevant executions for Australia.
  • Partner with Art Director and Designers to shape strong creative ideas and executions.
  • Own copy quality across projects, ensuring consistency, precision, and brand alignment.
  • Present creative work and rationale to clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Manage priorities across multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

  • Senior-level copywriting experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Native-level English proficiency for the Australian market.
  • Strong digital and social expertise, with solid exposure to 360° campaigns.
  • Confident creative judgment, with the ability to balance ideation and execution.
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Conversational Spanish is a plus, supporting smooth collaboration with international teammates.
