Senior Consultant

The Senior Consultant will work closely with the Partner and the Director of the relevant practice of the firm. In particular, he/she will have to manage projects of adovacy, lobbying and coalition building.  

The Senior Consultant is required to be skilled in monitoring the legislative, regulatory and policy activity of the main Italian government bodies and regulatory authorities, as well as developing reports, memos and position papers for the Clients of the firm. In addition, the Senior Consultant should be skilled in legislative drafting.

Mandatory Requirements include:

 At least 3 years of experience in Public Policy or Government Affairs roles at consulting firms, corporations or trade associations.


Other Requirements include:

Strong academic record. Law, Economics or Political Science degrees required;
Public Affairs specialization is a further advantage;
Fluent English (strictly required, at least level B2/C1) as well as fluent Italian;
Ability to translate between the specialist languages of business and politics;
Detailed knowledge of regulatory and legislative processes at Italian level;
Knowledge of EU regulatory and legislative processes is a further advantage.

The role requires analytical skills, ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in person, ability to work as a professional. It also requires the ability to meet strict deadlines and possibly work under pressure.
