The Mission
We are seeking a talented Alliance Manager, AI Partnerships to join our growing Alliances team. As the Alliance Manager, AI Partnerships, you will be a key driver in executing Caylent’s go-to-market strategy by cultivating and managing strong relationships with emerging technology partners. You’ll work with top-tier companies in the AI and cloud space to align their capabilities with our business goals, helping Caylent drive mutual success. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and an ability to drive impactful initiatives that increase brand equity and create pipeline opportunities. Your work will be integral to fueling the growth of our partner ecosystem and generating critical funds to support Caylent’s events and marketing strategies.
Your Assignment
- Partner Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with key emerging partners, such as Anthropic, and other strategic ISVs. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration to align on joint business objectives and maximize value for both parties.
- Establish Strategic Partner Plans: Create and implement joint go-to-market plans for each partner, supporting Caylent’s strategic goals, such as: joint case studies, thought leadership content, and demand generation campaigns.
- Revenue Generation & Event Funding: Lead efforts to secure co-marketing funds and resources from partners to support Caylent’s events and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure funds are maximized effectively.
- Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives: Drive the development and execution of joint marketing activities, including webinars, content creation, and thought leadership events, to elevate Caylent’s brand and grow the partner pipeline.
- Pipeline and Demand Generation: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads through partner channels. Ensure alignment on messaging and leverage partner relationships to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Thought Leadership & Brand Advocacy: Advocate for Caylent and our partners in industry forums, events, and publications. Position Caylent as a trusted thought leader in the cloud, AI, and emerging tech space.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Manage the negotiation of partner agreements, co-marketing terms, and partnership terms to ensure favorable outcomes and sustained growth.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on partnership performance, analyzing ROI, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on key metrics to senior leadership.
Your Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years in a partner, alliances, or channel management role, ideally within the tech or cloud services industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-making capabilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute strategies that deliver tangible results, with a focus on both short-term execution and long-term partner growth.
- Event & Marketing Focused: Experience working with partners to secure co-marketing funds and drive joint events or campaigns, preferably in the technology or cloud space.
- Tech-Savvy: Understanding of emerging technologies, cloud computing, AI, and SaaS platforms, with the ability to translate these into compelling partner strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing relationships with AI, cloud computing, or enterprise software partners is a plus.
- Experience with partner management tools and CRM systems.

Additional Compensation Components: In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. The specific components will vary depending on the role and individual and/or company performance.
