- Build strong working relationships with client sponsors and project teams, acting as a day-to-day trusted advisor on change and adoption matters.
- Translate strategic priorities into practical, actionable change plans and roadmaps.
Adoption & Outcomes Management
- Define and track adoption metrics in partnership with Analytics and Product teams, connecting behavior change to business outcomes.
- Monitor readiness, surface risks, and adapt approaches based on data-driven findings and post-launch learnings.
- Apply change management frameworks that support smooth transitions, employee engagement, and sustained adoption of new behaviors and processes.
AI-Enabled Transformation & Innovation
- Support enterprise transformation efforts where work, workforce models, and human experiences are shaped by data, automation, and Generative AI.
- Partner with clients on AI adoption, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and responsible use.
- Apply AI and AI agents to enhance productivity, delivery quality, and program effectiveness—including accelerating content development without sacrificing quality or impact.
- Contribute to future-ready operating model designs using human-centered design principles.
Delivery Excellence
- Deliver high-quality change management work independently and support team members through knowledge-sharing.
- Cultivate strong client relationships that position Caylent as a partner of choice, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Contribute to proposal development and internal thought leadership as opportunities arise.
Your Qualifications
- 4 –7 years of progressive experience in organizational design, transformation, and change enablement, ideally within consulting or professional services environments.
- Experience contributing to or leading workstreams within large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to technology-enabled transformations, including digital, product, or engineering initiatives (GenAI experience a plus).
- Strong client-facing skills with a track record of building trusted working relationships.
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable operating within complex, multi-faceted initiatives.
- Solid communication skills—capable of building relationships and influencing across various levels, from frontline teams to senior client leaders.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Change Management, or related field.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
- Experience working across regulated industries (financial services, insurance, healthcare, higher education).
- Exposure to partnering with data architects and technology teams to translate change strategy into technical execution.
