About the Role 

As a Regional Supervisor, you'll lead complex civil projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency reporting to the Area Manager. Your senior expertise will guide the team through challenges, setting the tone for success and fostering a positive, hardworking and collaborative work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be a hands-on supervisor, managing a team of foremen, leading hands, ground team to ensure project execution.
  • Take charge of planning, delegation, quality control, and ensuring project deadlines are met within budget.
  • Work closely with engineers, site personnel, and project managers to develop and deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
  • Train and support your team, helping them grow and excel in their roles. 
  • Ensure safety and compliance are always a priority, and that the worksites are organised, efficient, and maintain the highest standard of quality. 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in large civil infrastructure projects.
  • A trade qualification or bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred for this role.
  • Solid understanding of construction methodology, program, safety protocols, and equipment use.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to lead a team of up to 8 direct reports.
  • Confidence in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
