Job Classification: Non-exempt, hourly
Position: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Location: Lafayette, CA (on-site)
Pay Rate: $37.26 per hour + opportunities for quarterly bonuses

Are you a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with a passion for organization and collaboration? CBEM is seeking an Office Manager to join our Lafayette Support Office team. This pivotal role manages day-to-day office operations and supports the President and team members while contributing to strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties to maintain a well-functioning office environment.
- Create, manage, and adhere to office and project-related budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Utilize advanced computer skills to create spreadsheets, organizational charts, and reports, while leveraging Google Workspace tools.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare meeting materials, and provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, scanning documents, and creating reports.
- Serve as a facilities liaison for the Lafayette Support Office and support field office openings, relocations, and licensing renewals.
- Plan and manage company events, including holiday gatherings and training sessions.
- Assist with special projects, outreach, and the delivery of materials to support recruiting and operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of professional experience in office management, supporting senior leadership, and overseeing administrative and budget functions. Candidates with an Associate’s degree and 6–10 years of directly relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools; experience with Canva and Asana is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, adaptability, and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
