We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Consultant to assist in building out the RPA capabilities of a federal customer. The candidate for this role should have experience with RPA tools (UiPath preferred), process re-engineering to support RPA, and an understanding of RPA process documentation. This candidate should be very comfortable interfacing with clients--asking questions, gathering requirements, and encouraging them to think about their existing processes with a critical eye. Ideally, this candidate would be familiar with the federal procurement lifecycle and processes, but this is not required.
This project requires full-time in-person support at the client’s headquarters in Crystal City, Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Financial Services Division and other division offices to automate manual processes using UiPath.
- Assist the automation team in maintaining and prioritizing the RPA backlog. When possible, gather new automation ideas from end-users and understand how RPA will assist them.
- Interface with clients to gather information on their existing processes, automation requirements, roadblocks, and end goals.
- Document RPA SOPs, use cases, requirements, and process designs.
- Design and develop RPA automations using UiPath Studio.
- Assist with deployment and troubleshooting of UiPath Robot licenses to end users.
- Assist the IT Department with the UiPath Orchestrator upgrades and maintenance.
- Be an advocate for automation and it's benefits throughout the agency.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in RPA role.
- UiPath Certified Developer (preferred).
- Secret clearance or higher is preferred, or ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
