Interested in joining one of Canada’s top performing asset managers? We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect for an existing vacancy in our IS department.  Joining as the Salesforce Solution Architect as part of our Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will shape how Wealth Management teams deliver value by bridging business strategy and technical execution. Partnering closely with end users, Product Owners and delivery teams, you will lead uncovering unmet needs and directly lead the design of Salesforce solutions that enable a great user and client experience. Your expertise designing solutions addressing complex Wealth Management workflows, coupled with a passion for working with cross functional team members to deliver high quality solutions with measurable business impact will serve as a foundation for success in this role.  Our offices operate on a hybrid model with three days a week in-office.    
 
What You Will Do 
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence 
  • Partner and continually engage with end users to uncover unmet needs and understand pain points, synthesizing insights into clear opportunities for process improvement or new capabilities 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, shaping outcomes through recommendations that improve the day-to-day end user experience while increasing productivity and driving adoption 
  • Lead conversations with a business value first mindset, translating complex solution concepts into tailored wealth management end user workflows 
Shaping Unmet Needs & Requirements 
  • Partner with Product Owners to shape the backlog by providing solution design feasibility, guide release scope and sequencing to align with business priorities while accounting for dependencies 
  • Define clear, implementation-ready requirements and acceptance criteria that accelerate development, and enable consistent high-quality delivery 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure solutions support complete end to end processes that provide business value and an exceptional end user experience 
Solution Design & Architectural Thinking 
  • Own the end-to-end solution design of scalable, secure, maintainable Salesforce solutions that enable business strategy and a positive end user experience 
  • Apply architectural thinking to ensure solutions reduce rework, technical debt and downstream delivery risk 
  • Provide hands-on solution guidance through targeted configuration, proof-of-concepts, and solution demonstrations to validate design decisions and de-risk delivery 
Enable Delivery & Execution Leadership 
  • Lead solution delivery, working closely with cross functional team members to guide solution implementation and testing to ensure delivery of consistently high-quality solutions that provide an exceptional end user experience 
  • Lead agile execution collaborating with project team members on overcoming roadblocks, establishing an environment for team members to do their best work 
  • Ensure standards and best practices are incorporated to accelerate delivery 
  
What You Bring 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence across business and technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear decisions and outcomes 
  • 8+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect designing scalable, secure solutions in regulated environments 
  • Deep implementation based understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including configuration, advanced automation, use of customization, data models, security models 
  • Hands on experience delivering solutions on Salesforce, including Financial Services Cloud, Sales, Service, third-party apps 
  • Prior experience in Wealth Management 
  • Proven track record of continuous learning and leadership 
 
The salary range for this position is $140,000-$165,000.  The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
