AI Solutions Engineer

Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Interested in joining one of Canada’s top performing asset managers?  We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join our IS Department.  Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group are building an AI Enablement Team to accelerate the responsible and scalable adoption of AI across the firm. The AI Solutions Engineer will be the technical lead and enabler; designing, prototyping, and operationalizing AI solutions while building the frameworks, best practices, and toolkits that allow others to succeed with AI. This role goes beyond building models. You will empower business stakeholders and technology teams to use AI responsibly, integrate agentic AI into workflows, and grow organizational capability. You will balance rapid experimentation with enterprise-grade architecture to ensure long-term business value. At CC&LFG, you’ll be part of a team that doesn’t just deliver AI solutions; we enable the business to adopt and scale AI responsibly. You’ll pioneer the use of agentic AI in financial services, creating frameworks that help teams innovate while staying aligned with compliance and governance. This role is your opportunity to shape the next generation of AI adoption in a global financial services firm — balancing experimentation, enablement, and enterprise-grade execution.  Our offices operate on a hybrid model with three days in-office.

  • Implement guardrails, monitoring, and feedback loops to ensure reliable, safe, and compliant agent behavior.
