Product Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with experience helping build and scale Enterprise B2B SaaS products, leading the day-to-day prioritization of the product roadmap, and working closely with both team members and customers to deliver value and delight. 

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day product roadmap prioritization and execution:
    • Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Work closely with engineering, data, customer solutions, design, sales and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
    • Track product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product roadmap.
  • Operationalize Clarasight across the customer journey:
    • Directly interface with customers to gather feedback, define requirements and support end-to-end customer journey
    • Build and manage the customer implementation process to optimize for customer requirements and product development
    • Reduce the total cost to deliver customer value by gathering, synthesizing and driving prioritization via inputs 
    • Collaborate meaningfully with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey
    • Become subject matter expert on planning
    • Identify and address pain points / bottlenecks in the customer experience to solve in partnership with our Engineering and Customer Success leadership.
  • Customer, Partner and Internal adoption of the product:
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and usage of Clarasight among customers and sales channel partners.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
    • Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to ensure effective product onboarding and support.

Requirements

  • Direct experience building enterprise planning products (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Planful) and configurable products implemented by 3rd parties
  • General knowledge of SQL
  • A technical orientation with a passion for data
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice-To-Haves

  • Proven experience in data quality assurance, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience at an early stage startup building products for enterprises
