About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled .NET Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in .NET and Angular development, combined with hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services such as Azure Storage, App Services, Key Vault, Azure AD B2C, and Single Sign-On. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications in a collaborative Agile environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the team to write high-quality, testable code that meets the Definition of Done.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using .NET (Core/Framework) and Angular with Material 3 for UI/UX design.
  • Strive to meet team sprint commitments and deliverables.
  • Adopt a Test-First development approach where feasible, writing tests prior to code implementation.
  • Participate in design and code reviews with other engineers to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
  • Develop and utilize automated test scripts to support testing activities.
  • Participate in test plan reviews and contribute to effective testing strategies.
  • Leverage Azure services including Azure Storage, App Services, Key Vault, Azure B2C, and Single Sign-On to build secure cloud-native solutions.
  • Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
  • Collaborate using Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
  • Utilize code generation tools and automation to increase development efficiency and code quality.
  • Build secure applications following security best practices, managing identity and access via Azure AD and SSO.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Actively support and contribute to end-of-iteration demos, preparing presentations, showcasing features, and engaging stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of assigned integration, testing, and deployment tasks to ensure smooth releases.
  • Work with product management to scope, estimate, and plan product enhancements.
  • Design, implement, unit test, and test software following defined processes.
  • Fix software defects (internal or customer-reported) following established procedures.
  • Scope of work typically involves product component or feature-level deliverables.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and mission statements.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined in company policies, safeguarding sensitive data and services.
  • Fulfill additional duties reasonably assigned by management to contribute to operational and financial success.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software engineering or related roles, preferably in full-stack development.
  • Proven experience with:
    • .NET (Core)
    • Angular (2+) with Material 3 for UI/UX design.
    • Microsoft Azure services including Storage, App Services, Key Vault, Azure B2C, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
    • Experience working with Azure AD B2C for customer identity and access management, or Azure AD / Azure AD B2B for enterprise single sign-on and external user collaboration.
    • SQL Server database design, writing queries, stored procedures and optimization
    • Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management
    • Code generation techniques/tools
  • Demonstrates high personal integrity and can build trust within the team and organization.
  • Exhibits a growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Actively participates in self-directed learning, including reading technical publications and engaging with domain communities.
  • Strong innovation mindset — proactively looks for creative solutions and best practices.
  • Excellent debugging and coding skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to resolving issues.
  • Experience building secure applications, understanding security standards and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to convey complex technical information effectively.
  • Proven teamwork skills, with a collaborative attitude and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Microsoft Azure Developer or related certifications.
  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, etc.).

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  At ComplexCare Solutions, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Base Compensation Range

$80,000 - $110,000 USD
