
Freelance Medical Writer - Advertising

We're looking for a Medical Writer to work as a freelancer focusing on developing scientific content (from slide decks to monographs, promotional materials, abstracts, article reviews, congress reports and more).
Key responsibilities:
- Devising medical and publication strategy
- Competitive intelligence analysis
- Bibliographic background research
- Writing materials
- Providing full reference sets
- Incorporating all feedback provided by the client in a proper and timely manner
- KOL management
Skills & Experience
- Must have a health science degree (e.g. in biology, pharmacy or medicine). PhD is a plus
- Promotional medical writing experience
- Ability to communicate medical/technical information to a wide variety of audiences
- Key Opinion Leaders management
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and absolute reliability in meeting delivery deadlines
- Native/Bilingual Spanish or English speaker
- Team player who can foster positive relationships between the department and other agency teams, such as creatives and account managers
Experience with reference managers such as EndNote is a plus
