About the role:
Account Manager
The Account Manager plays an active role in managing client accounts day to day while also contributing to strategic thinking and campaign planning. This hands-on role blends project coordination, client relationship management, and team support. The Account Manager ensures smooth project delivery, strong client partnerships, and contributes to the growth and profitability of their accounts by collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and clients to deliver high-quality, compliant, and effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:

Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of global clients and brands, maintaining strong, proactive, and solution-focused relationships.

Apply strategic thinking to meet client objectives and contribute to broader strategic workstreams, including client workshops.

Adapt communication style for different internal and external audiences, including senior stakeholders.

Oversee day-to-day management of assigned accounts, often with the support of junior team members.
Commercial:

Understand agency operations to develop detailed omnichannel Statements of Work (SOWs).

Manage significant annual revenue targets, support monthly goals, and contribute to agency profitability.

Identify and grow organic opportunities through proactive recommendations and value-added services.

Support new business pitches and help drive growth in innovative and emerging areas.
Agency:

Work autonomously within the client services team to deliver global omnichannel campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Support Account Directors on new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior team members, fostering their development.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent command of the English language is essential due to the international nature of the business
- Creative agency experience (7-10 years)
- Passion for data driven insights and how they inform strategy and creative development
- Experience leading a team and managing clients, ideally at international and regional levels
- Healthcare experience beneficial but not mandatory
- Evidence of working across or with other disciplines, notably digital, will be a distinct advantage
