About the role:

The copywriter is responsible for developing creative, engaging, and compliant content across multiple channels for healthcare campaigns. This role bridges execution and concept development, contributing creative ideas while independently producing high-quality copy. 

Creative Development:

 Write clear, compelling, and accurate copy for multichannel campaigns, including digital, print, video, and social media.
 Contribute to the development and refinement of creative concepts and campaign ideas in collaboration with Art Directors and senior creatives.
 Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, bringing original ideas and thoughtful solutions.
 Adapt tone, style, and messaging to different audiences, brands, and communication platforms.
 Support new business pitches with copy development and conceptual thinking.

Collaboration & Execution:

 Work closely with account teams, medical writers, designers, and video makers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
 Incorporate feedback from senior team members and clients to refine and strengthen creative output.
 Ensure all copy aligns with healthcare regulations, client guidelines, and agency quality standards.
 Assist in the preparation of presentations and creative materials for internal and client-facing meetings.

Growth & Industry Awareness:

 Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, creative best practices, and emerging formats.
 Continuously develop creative, strategic, and writing skills through feedback and collaboration with senior team members.

 

About you:

We are looking for a communication professional who is eager to contribute, grow and thrive in our creative environment—and have some fun along the way.

 Native or bilingual in English
 A beginning portfolio of spec and/or produced of your own work
 A can-do attitude and team spirit to roll up your sleeves and pitch in when necessary
 Between 2 and 5 years of experience in creative advertising
 Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
